Payment Policy

To secure reservations, 50% of the total package cost, per angler, is due Stafford Creek Lodge (SCL) within 7 days of receiving a written confirmation.

Reservations that have not been secured with a deposit are not considered firm or valid, and may be cancelled; we will attempt to notify you before this is done.

Final payment is due 60 days before the angler’s or group’s arrival date at the Lodge. For reservations made less than four months prior to arrival date, full payment is required within twenty one days of receiving a confirmation.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Stafford Creek Lodge recommends that all customers take out travel insurance.

SCL reserves the right to charge a handling fee of $400 per person for any cancellations or dates changed after confirmation.

Bahamas fishing license: $15 per day, $20 per week, $30 per month, $60 per year

Stafford Creek Lodge accepts no responsibility or liability for these risks and the effects that they may have on your trip. Stafford Creek Lodge, its officers, members, agents and employees shall not be responsible for any personal injury, sickness, illness, or accident expense which may result from your participation in any activity during your trip.
